Alex is currently the Assistant Band Director in Whitehall City Schools outside of Columbus, OH. Alex has been playing the trombone for over 13 years and frequently performs throughout the Central Ohio region.

Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from The Ohio State University. He was a member of the university’s top ensembles including: Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, and has 4 years experience in The Ohio State University Marching Band, serving 2 years as a squad leader.

Alex marched euphonium in the Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps from 2003-2005 and baritone with the Madison Scouts from 2006-2008. After aging out, Alex has served as the Baritone Tech from 2009-2012.
