Kimberly is originally from West Hamlin, West Virginia where she graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with emphasis on Advertising. While a student at Marshall, she actively participated in many ensembles, was a member and an officer of Kappa Kappa Psi and the student administrative assistant for the Director of Bands.

Kimberly is on a new adventure to become a teacher and is currently a long-term substitute teaching music and band at a rural middle school in West Virginia. Kimberly also instructs the Lincoln County High School Color Guard through the fall and winter seasons.
