Rich Rodes is a Managing Director in the Commercial Mortgage Lending Group at PPM Finance, Inc in Chicago, Illinois. PPM is a subsidiary of Prudential PLC, a British life insurance company and serves as the U.S. money manager for Prudential PLC.

Rich is an alumnus of the Madison Scouts having marched in the horn line in 1985 and the color guard from 1986 to 1988 as well as the Alumni Reunion Project in 2006. In addition, he also marched with the Thunderbolts winter guard in 1988 and served as an instructor in 1989.

Rich has a bachelors degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management. Originally from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Rich currently resides in Chicago, Illinois since 1990.
